If you are planning to present a service at HUU, the following worship materials are available for your use.
Facilitating the Sunday Service
Our Typical Order of Service and How to Use It (Word doc) contains notes for facilitators and a full script of a typical service. Download it and edit the script to reflect how you plan to lead the service, in particular the names and placement of hymns and readings. Make it your own.
We strongly advise you not to rely on the copy of the outline that we keep in the podium. But know it is there in case you forget your personal script.

Readings, Meditations, Children's Stories, Openings and Closings
- UUA's WorshipWeb - WorshipWeb includes a searchable collection of prayers, meditations, readings, and words to open or close your service. Entire services are also available. WorshipWeb includes Learning Guides on UU worship theory, planning worship, starting a service, leading mediation, using readings and closing a service.
- Chalice Lighting Readings - a selection of readings that can be used for the chalice reading.
